We Test at Different Production Phases
We always start with a carefully designed product. Then in the manufacturing phase, we use best practices to support process controls and ensure consistent standards. We assess and inspect products during all phases of the process. There's no substitute for testing, testing, and more testing. At TOY Life, we go the extra step of actively testing each product throughout the production process.
We Have Independent Agencies Test Our Products
We are proud to operate a robust and sound testing program following guidance from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, which includes the use of independent, certified, third-party laboratories. The laboratories we use are globally recognized as experts in their industry. We specifically test our paints and coatings frequently to be sure our toys meet or exceed government recommendations limiting heavy metals, lead, and phthalates in children's items. Our multi-faceted testing process also includes steps for testing the final, finished product that our customers enjoy.

Products Sales Support
Once our products have been purchased by consumers, the Quality Team has an ongoing role in supporting customer satisfaction. TOY Life Consumer Support is responsible for post-market surveillance and provides feedback from consumers to our internal teams, including feedback regarding product safety, quality, reliability, and durability.
