30 Days Return Policy
Toylife wants to make sure that our collectors are happy with their purchase. Thus, our direct customers are covered by a 30 Days Return window from the date of delivery.
Due to the limited nature of our items, we encourage everyone to inspect their items upon delivery, so that you can take advantage of available replacement stock.
Damaged or defective items

- If there are any defective parts or missing parts, please feel free to contact us via this form or toylifecommunity@gmail.com.
Will we responsible for the return shipping fee?
- No, we don't responsible for the return shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the following situation, the return policy will not be covered by Toylife
- If the customer sends back the product to our original dispatch address without getting our approval or prior notice, Toylife reserves the rights to forfeit the returned product.
- The customer does not provide strong evidence (i.e. Photo) to show the item that the product is damaged before opening the product.
- Item must be dispatched within 7 days once Toylife approve the return request.
- Toylife rejects all used items for return. Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be accepted for return.
- If the returned product is lost in transit, Toylife shall not be responsible.
- Tracking number must be provided for the return package.
- The return package is not delivered to our return address within 60 business days.
- For products that have been released for 2 years or above. Please be aware that the ageing effect may occur that leads to certain defects. Please be aware that in this case, returning and exchanging of products will not be accepted. To illustrate, fade, crack, wrinkle and oxidation of products could appear for products that were released for 2 years or above.
- Please be aware that the product prices vary due to the demands from markets. Customer can not return the product due to the change in prices.
